Jobbeschreibung	Your tasks - analyze scRNA-seq, CITE-seq and VDJ sequencing data from lung samples - set up and run a pipeline for imaging data analysis - contribute to the establishment of new bioinformatics pipelines for the group - participate in collaborative bioinformatics projects - present work in national and international scientific meetings - write reports and contribute to the groups scientific success

Qualifikationen	Your profile - PhD degree in bioinformatics, data science or similar - Proficiency in written and spoken English - Profound background in programming (R/Python) Desired qualifications: - Previous experience with single-cell genomics data analysis - Exposure to genomics lab protocols (e.g. library preparation, sequencing) - Enthusiasm to work in an interdisciplinary group consisting of basic scientists, clinicians and bioinformaticians - Highly organized, good time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities - Proactive and forward-thinking approach - Open to continuous learning and ability to work independently
